    Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel a pre-paid service before any portion of the service has been used. If a client chooses to discontinue a service after partial use, a prorated refund will be issued based on the percentage of the service that has been utilized. No refunds will be provided for fully completed services.

  • Shipping or Delivery Policy

    As a service-based business, no physical products are shipped. All services, including website design, SEO, email and social media marketing, and coaching sessions, are delivered digitally or virtually. Service timelines and deliverables will be clearly outlined and agreed upon during the onboarding process.

  • Return Policy and Process

    Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, returns are not applicable. However, clients dissatisfied with a service are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns and discuss potential adjustments or partial refunds based on service usage.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel their subscription or pre-paid services at any time. If cancellation occurs before the service has commenced, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs after partial use, a prorated refund will be provided based on the portion of the service already delivered.
